When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. We will ask you to fill out several forms that will get you acquainted with our office.

After a thorough initial examination, Dr. Hershcopf will provide plenty of time to answer all your questions. Sometimes X-rays and photographs will be recommended to determine the most precise diagnosis and treatment plan.

In most cases, if treatment is necessary, we will address the following questions:

• How is orthodontic treatment accomplished?
• Is this the best time for treatment?
• How long will treatment last?
• How much will treatment cost?
